St. Patrick's Day has been celebrated annually since 1980 in Ocean City Maryland. 

The Ocean City St. Patrick's Day Parade is always the Saturday prior to St. Patrick's Day.

Unless Saturday is the 17th then the parade is on St. Patrick's day.
